Google has been working hard on providing users with new features in its Maps app and it appears that the tech giant will soon allow all to check for parking availability at a certain destination point. The new feature has started showing up for a number of users on Maps version 9.44 beta. Google will start displaying parking availability as a small rounded P icon next to the route duration estimate, according to Android Police. The new icon will show up when users search for driving directions to a destination. Needless to say, that the feature is quite useful for those who live in big cities, as parking is quite limited there. In addition, the app will display three levels of parking availability, Limited, Medium and Easy.
