Microsoft rolled out a new batch of cumulative updates for Windows 10 a few hours ago, and although it all seems to work flawlessly this time, there’s an installation problem with at least one of the patches. Some of the Windows 10 users who attempted to download and install cumulative update KB3189866 are reporting that the process gets stuck at various moments before completion, with the most common reports pointing to freezes happening either at 45 percent or 95 percent. It goes without saying that if the update can’t be fully downloaded, users are not allowed to install the cumulative update and rebooting the system doesn’t seem to make any difference for the time being.
