I've just been going through my emails and I had a check on a random draft email that was in an email which I rarely ever use (or used at all). Upon opening the draft, I've noticed a the body is filled with garbled Chinese. I've never seen anything like it.

Is there any inkling of this being malicious? I've never used this email to sign up on anything, it is also protected with 2FA.
