Larian, the studio behind Divinity Original Sin and upcoming Baldur's Gate 3, announced an important event at PAX East 2020 later today. The developer will reveal the first Baldur's Gate 3 gameplay trailer today at 12 pm PST, 3 pm EST, 8 pm UK. The event will be streamed live on Larian's official YouTube channel. Luckily, more than a dozen screenshots showing various aspects of the game have just been leaked on Resetera. The most important thing we noticed is that Baldur's Gate 3, unlike the previous games in the series, has turn-based combat. Also, the UI looks pretty much like the one from Divinity Original Sin 2, but more refined and adapted to Baldur's Gate theme. Many of the screenshots show off close-up camera for multiple-choice conversations, much like those that you get in Divinity series.
