🐧 Permissions without terminal

I fucking hate permissions in Linux. How the hell i can edit permissions for groups, users without fucking console? Nautilus has "permissions" in file's/folder's properties, but you only can do it for 1 group and doesn't fking work.
I'm tired of this console bullshit, where i need to google commands all the time or remember them. Where this so called "user friendliness", no wonder Linux desktop market share less than 1%
P.S. Sorry for my rant and English, but i just cant take it anymore. This system takes so much of my free time, its ridiculous
