📚 Problem when installing Linux distros

Hej all, I was wondering if you folks could help me with a problem when installing Linux.

I recently tried to install Linux Mint and Zorin OS. When I boot it up, I get greeted with the 'start Linux Mint, start in compatibility mode' etc screen. I choose the first one and I get booted into Linux. Then I install Linux with the icon on the desktop, select my username etc and the installation starts. After the installation it asks you to reboot the system, but when I reboot the system I get greeted with the exact same screen as when I started.

And it just keeps going in a loop, I start it up, install it, reboot it, same begin screen.

I would appreciate it if you folks could help me. Thanks in advance!
