This project started years ago during my diehard Gentoo phase. I've had a lot of custom config files and prebuild packages laying around. They had to be tracked somehow. Some of them only for a limited amount of time. Git's history is pretty immutable and working around it is hacky. Staging, unstaging and git-ignoring files didn't fit my workflow. Why can't I just have a plain text file containing file paths to back up?
