ask 4 wifi in kiosk mode

Hi, my english is not very good, it's not my first languaje

I'm look for a solution to provide users the most easy and standarized way to connect to work network. at work we have a citrix infraestructure. i want to install the simplest linux system on "old" laptops to allow users connect from home when they need it, but not always the same laptop goes to the same user.

i think autologon and a kiosk mode browser is the best option, but i have to allow users to configure their own wifi ssid and password

may be a script on boot that detects internet connectivity and, if it does not exist, ask user for network name and password.. but ... how can i do it? it must be a super-simple way, a screen asking for it on text or graphic mode, but just ask theese two parameters, ssid and password
