I bought a Ryzen 4600h with 6C/12T and lscpu shows I have 12 CPU's (0-11) but cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/offline showing I have 4 CPU's (12-15) disabled . How is this possible? Is AMD making CPU's with disabled cores?
