๐ Cross-platform / Multi-arch bootable LiveUSB/LiveSD - is it possible?

I think I'm not coming up with the right search terms, so thought I'd ask here:
Do any GNU/Linux distros support making a bootable MicroSD card, also usable as a USB Flash Drive via adapter, that will boot on the below devices, but have shared, persistent home directory space between them all?
- ARM Cortex-Axx series CPUs (Acer Chromebook device)
- Legacy PC BIOS + x86_64/amd64 (Thinkpad x220)
- Mac BIOS (UEFI?) + x86_64/amd64 (Mac Mini 2012)
Bonus points if they somehow keep a record of installed packages and try to sync up with packages you've added on another architecture right after boot.
