🐧 For work/life separation, do you use separate accounts on the OS, separate OSes, or separate machines?

I am curious about those of you who use Linux as a daily driver at work. Do you use the same account for personal and work use? Do you use separate accounts on the same OS, one for work, one for play? Do you boot into separate distros? Or do you have separate machines for work and play?
I'm asking because I currently use my one computer for both work and personal use. Unfortunately, I've found I get distracted pretty easily, especially when certain programs (discord, 0ad, etc.) are easily accessible. So, I'm hoping to get some inspiration from you guys for some thoughtful solutions.
