Unusually high load averages with new kernel ?

Im getting a high load average with the new kernel at idle, doing almost running.

Without xorg (or wayland) running, and in a tty, with nothing but a bash prompt in a tty.

Load average is 0.30.

Is anyone else experiencing higher than usual load averages with the new kernel, or is it just me ?

Edit: Might be an Arch only thing (i use arch btw)
