๐ bootsect.exe from Linux? (Or similar program)

I had 3 HDs installed in my computer with various partitions, I had grub2 installed to the mbr of one of the disks so I can always boot into a linux partition in case of error.
I use windows for gaming and the windows installer in its infinite wisdom decided to install the boot sector to the mbr of a disk not even in use by windows (it had grub2 installed). Luckily I keep a 2nd linux distro installed and grub2 on all mbr in case of emergency. I should have fixed this in hindsight but was too lazy. I just changed the default boot disk to the one with grub2 and chainloaded into windows when needed.
Now the disk that contained the windows mbr has failed and I cannot boot into Windows, I've tried manually chainloading from grub2 to no avail (I presume the windows partition doesn't contain a boot sector).
I know I can fix this with bootsect.exe and install a windows boot sector onto the partition then chainload but I don't have a USB drive to hand so can't boot into windows setup.
Is there any other solution to this? Maybe a repair too that can write a windows boot sector similar to the way bootsect.exe can?
Any help is much appreciated, I was really enjoying Fallout 4 haha.
