[ Help ] Frequent popping and repeating sound in Alsa ig ( its like time travelling a sec earlier )

i use Pop os and i am facing this audio problem for like 2 months at first i thought it was related to pluseaudio so i shifted to pipewire but the problem remains someone suggested me to install Alsa dmix plugin which helped for like a week or so but now i am facing this again

here is some info :

os:Pop!_OS 20.10 x86_64

CPU: Intel i3-4005U (4) @ 1.700GHz

GPU: Intel Haswell-ULT
