๐ is RHCSA a better way of getting prerequisite Linux skills to learn hacking?

So right now I am working on CCNA and I am feeling very confident that I will get my CCNA by the end of the summer. After that I am looking for a Linux course that will make sure I really know Linux before I start using Kali Linux, etc.
Does RHCSA do that? In RHCSA is there enough general Linux knowledge that I can apply my skills to Kali Linux or to other Debian based systems?
Also, which requires more general Linux knowledge: Linux+ or RHCSA? What about Linux Essentials vs RHCSA? What about between either Linux+ or Linux Essentials and RHCE?
I am gonna be getting experience working with real devices at my school's IT lab which I will be working on a lot. So once I earn RHCSA I am thinking of moving onto learning Windows. Would it be better to go for the full RHCE or is Windows a better way to spend my time after RHCSA?
I need networking, Linux, and Windows skills to make my school's cyber defense team. For Linux and Windows I need the basics. Members of the team said RHCSA teaches more than enough Linux to start learning how to hack with. They said MD-100 and MD-101 Microsoft certification exams would be a good step after that point and would be more than enough Windows.
What do you think as a Linux pro? I am no pro Linux user but I use Ubuntu and love it. Will RHCSA give me skills I can apply to Ubuntu even tho it is vendor specific?
