As the title says. I have been using Linux since last 2 years. Started with distro-hopping, then settled on Manjaro. Now I am using Arch Linux since an year. I've noted that just in the last 2 years Linux has become much more easy to use. I have to do a lot less troubleshooting compared to before. Packages would have more compatibility issues earlier compared to today. There is much less manual configuration involved. Now it's a simple matter of using Calamares to install the OS, most distributions manage dual-booting too automatically. Once you have a desktop environment set up it doesn't take long to get used to Linux. I'm extremely impressed by the strides in development.
That's it. Just wanted to express my appreciation for Linux as a moderate noob. The OS is becoming a real viable alternative to major OSes. I see amazing things in the future.
If any of you have any ideas about the cool new things coming to Linux, I would love to hear about it and also if you have your own appreciation story.
