If you're running into issues connecting to the dedicated servers, you're not alone. What you need to know The first Halo Infinite technical preview is now live for players in the Insider program who signed up and were granted access. Many players are having problems connecting to the dedicated servers for matchmaking. Given the nature of this preview as a technical test, server instability is to be somewhat expected. The very first Halo Infinite technical preview is now live, with players who properly signed up for the test now accessing Slayer against Bots, a first for the Halo franchise. Unfortunately, we're seeing many players having issues connecting to matches, including some of our own staff. Rebooting the application or cold booting your console doesn't seem to help. We are however seeing some success with players joining the lobby of a friend and then being able to load into matches.
