Hello everyone!

I wanted to share the latest release of pkger with you all. This release brings a lot of quality of life improvements like using the correct cache directory of OS to store state, returning correct exit code on job failure, new subcommands like list packages and clean-cache, new environment variables available during build RECIPE RECIPE_VERSION RECIPE_RELEASE, and a lot more!
