๐ Shell script on LoW

Okay, so I've got Linux on Windows, (which is actually a thing)
When I want to ssh into my servers, it would be ideal if I could make a script that does something like:
sshc X[:port] Y
or
sshc X@Y
(X = username, Y= IP/Hostname)
โ
Too short? This is simply a question;
How do I make scripts in PS/T (Windows Native)? Also, specifically ^the one above^
