Hi guys. I use KDE with Ubuntu 22. I have Dell XPS 9570 with GTX 1050 Ti Mobile.
I have a Thunderbolt docking station connected to my machine (WD19TB). Everything works fine when it's connected with two screens. However, when I disconnect it, the laptop screen never works unless I restart and even at times I have to delete all kscreen data. I tried modifying the kscreen json files to reasonable values (see below) but it didn't really help.
When I run xrandr -q, I get correct resolutions for my external monitors, but my laptop screen resolutions are garbage (it's a 4K laptop screen, 3840x2160, so that 16K resolution is a bad joke):

And I think this is the cause of the issue. Display config of KDE is trying to use this garbage resolution and it never works! And if I manually try to put 3840x2160 with 60 Hz, well, 60 Hz isn't there, because there's only 28 Hz or 19 Hz... so it never works again, so... restart.
Is there a way to tell xrandr to "delete" or blacklist these modes?
