📚 Anyone running linux on latest Intel 12th gen "Alder Lake" LGA 1700 motherboard?

I've been searching for days now, checking hardware compatibility lists, checking motherboard vendor websites, even reached out to a manufacturer, who refused to say one way or the other, so I figured I'd ask here:
Have you installed linux on the latest Intel hardware? 12th gen core "Alder Lake" cpu/motherboard? If so, which motherboard/vendor?
I'm looking to build a custom pc, and if I'm buying new, I might as well spend extra and get the latest and greatest, but only if it will work. I'd hate to buy all the hardware, put it all together, only to find the linux kernel doesn't recognize anything, then have to send it all back. I'm not expecting everything to "just work", I have no problem installing drivers to get things working, or compiling a newer test kernel if need be.
I can't be the first person to try this. Somebody out there already went thru all this.
Thanks for reading
