Ubuntu-based distros are "just Linux", there's nothing you need to understand and think about as they're the "standard". But what about OpenSuSe and Fedora (Silverblue)? Help me understand how those two are different.

Ignoring Arc for "reasons".

I'm currently a user o KDE Neon. It's simple and I liked it this way, but I know that there's more out there and some times I "get concerned" that I'm loosing something that could benefit me. I always remember that OpenSuSe and Fedora exists but I don't exactly know what are the differences, how different would be to use them, how much I would have to learn and this fear makes me stop thinking on ever changing distros.

Is someone here able to explain or point to simple guides that explain their biggest differences and attractives that are easy to understand? Something really for dummies that makes me get it?

All that I know for certain is that OpenSuSe and Fedora as unquestionable two of the best things in Linux's World, backed by serious companies and used for people who do serious work. Despite that I see so little talk about them on my little bubble that seems incompatible with their merits.
