๐ Is CONFIG_VIRTUALIZATION useless for guest kernels?

I have a VPS (hosted by OVH) with a game server, I'm compiling a minimal kernel just because I can and I'm bored. I'm quite happy with the result and I'm trying to squeeze few more kB by removing other stuffs.
My main question is, given that my VPS is only been used for as game server, and I'm not planning to virtualize anything on it, aka my VPS is already the guest of something else, can I simply disable the whole "Virtualization" submenu (that I see when running make menuconfig)?

Also given that I'm running only the game server on it, I should be able to switch to a "full dynticks system" (CONFIG_NO_HZ_FULL=y)? Right?
