๐ Monthly Organizer - the oddly specific tool to organize files based on time metadata

I have a friend who used to be a farmer, and he'd scan receipts related to the farm onto his computer and then put the scans into zip files based on the quarter of the year that they were from, as per his accountant's request. Looking for something to do, I decided to automate the organization part of that for him. Some time later, I revisited the code to add a new feature to it (to optionally descend into subdirectories and organize those files as well), and wound up completely rewriting the whole thing along with a bunch of other new features.
Monthly Organizer is the result of that - a Qt6 Python program that will organize files that you specify via regular expressions into different month-related frequencies, and optionally compress them.
Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if nobody else finds this useful, but I figured I'd put it out there just in case.
I did also make it usable on Windows and Mac, but since I don't own any Apple products I didn't make an installer for Macs since the standard directories would be different from Linux, nor could I test it there.
