Legendary developer Team Ninja, the studio behind iconic franchises like Nioh and Ninja Gaiden, recently announced it’s working on a brand-new game set in a famous universe, Three Kingdoms. Developed on collaboration with Koei Tecmo, the owner of the Three Kingdoms IP, the new game is called Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. The Japanese publisher revealed the game is scheduled to release in early 2023 on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC (via Steam). More importantly, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty will be available day one with Game Pass on console and PC. Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is a supernatural thriller that follows the action-packed story of a militia soldier fighting for survival in a dark fantasy version of the Later Han Dynasty where demons plague the Three Kingdoms.
