Another stable branch update with some usual updates for you.

- Some of our Kernels got updated.
- Plasma Mobile Gear got renewed to 22.06
- Linux-Firmware got updated
- Wine is now at 7.13
- Pipewire got updated to 0.3.55
- Xorg-Server and XWayland gained needed security fixes
- More Gnome 42.3 packages got added
- Regular Haskell and Python updates
