Need
I'd like to "check my thermals" in the command line in Linux. I'd like a running graph of metrics like CPU & GPU temperature, % utilization, fan speed.
Near Misses
psensor does precisely what I need, in a GTK+ frontend. The Python package s-tui is excellent and console based but focuses only on the CPU (and like one or two temps on the motherboard). Running `sensors` and `nvidia-smi` will, collectively, give me a snapshot of the information I need, but only a snapshot.
Misc
I'm tempted to cobble together a Python script that polls files under /proc or /sys or wherever and graphs it. Probably more work than I'm willing to put in.
Request
Are there any FOSS packages out there that do what I'm looking for?
