This is an annoying small thermal printer that I hate, but at least it doesn't have a cartridge system, it just heats the paper up and tadaa. It's a zebra GC420D model. With the stupid software called zebra designer, you can't program it well, you can't do most stuff. So I tried to make it work with linux for like 30 minutes. Luckily, it did have cups driver, I selected the zebra printer, ZPL version from the printer settings.
And I used libreoffice writer to print stuff with it. I just changed writer page to like 51mm*38mm, I tried then it fucking worked! Much better than windoze!!! I can program it however I want, I can print 100 labels in 30 seconds now!! That is huge accomplishment for my work actually. We desperately needed this! This literally cut at least 2 hours of work time of my employees. Thank God it worked and it worked so cool!

But the thing is now, sometimes we print barcodes. I can't print barcodes, I tried the barcode in terminal, it's much different than the barcodes we do before. It's too thick. I can't create that in libreoffice writer, I simply barcode in terminal then export it to the writer. Does anyone know why is that barcode so thick? I will find my barcode reader if it's the same as it says, but couldn't find the barcode reader so I am stuck.
