One of the biggest changes in Windows 11 2022 Update is the addition of support for tabs in File Explorer, the built-in file manager preloaded with the OS. Diehard Windows fans know that tabs in File Explorer have long been a top feature request in the operating system, but until now, the company has pretty much ignored it. In fact, the first attempt to bring tabs to File Explorer took place several years ago with the introduction of Sets in Microsoft Edge.
