Hey, I dunno if this is the correct place, but I’ve got a steam deck and calibre. Steam deck uses flat pack, which is fine but the steam deck space is limited where calibre tries to use the temp folder
I have a program called flatseal that lets me change environment variables and I tried setting the CALIBRE_TEMP_DIR variable but when I start calibre it just keeps saying could not create temporary folder [errno 2] no such file or directory
So my main issue is when I try to convert larger cbz or many books at once, it says it ran out of space
And it won’t let me change the temp directory.
Any ideas on how I could get this working?
i know flatpaks are notoriously flamed, but it's the easiest way for me on steamdeck
so this is what i get, for more clarity.

unsetting it allows me to load calibre, but i'm stuck with the same issue... the temp folder just can't handle the way calibre needs 3 times the space of the file for converting.
