🐧 How Successful Would A Project Like This Be? And How Hard Would It Be To Create It?

I was thinking of a long term project for a distribution with the aim of appealing to the desktop/home user/regular consumer…
Yes, inspired by proprietary OSes like Windows and macOS, but without copying them.
To achieve that, it would have the following characteristics:
A premium look and feel (which also means great UX design), BY DEFAULT —no need to download extra themes or whatever— the OS would always look great from the start and be a bliss to daily drive… The OS would have its own unique visual identity which would separate it from all other desktop distros.
Stable and functional…
No need to ever use the terminal/CLI, everything would be automated.
Fixed release, having a new version every year, each release would be supported for a total of 5 years.
Cost: $0.
With the emphasis on looking good to appeal to the regular consumer/prosumer which then would increase usage, which would then attract companies like Adobe and others to develop their tools for it…
It would have all codecs needed for media playback…
I am sure I am not the first to think of something like this. My aim is to make this Linux distribution a product many users will want to download and use, and for everyone, not just a specific niche.
Buuuut… how feasible would that be? Would any of you use something like this?
