Best strategy for fixing partitions on this disk?

I have a problem of sorts and I'm wondering what you would do in this situation.

I have a Windows size hole in my partition table after I've decided to remove it from the drive once and for good. I also had shared data space at the end of the drive formatted to NTFS. Now I'm sitting with this.

Ideal situation is the EFI and Linux partition at the beginning of the drive, and the expand out to take the whole 4TB.

Clonezilla backup image, reformat/reinstall, then copy the image data back on the new full partition? Or is there a better solution?
