🐧 Bootable Linux distro that creates Bootable usb

I am new to Linux and looking for a Linux distro that can be booted from a USB stick. Specifically, I would like a distro that can create Bootable USBs. I looked into Bootable versions of Rufus but it doesn't look like there are any. I don't need the distro to be fancy although I would like a GUI. And I would need it to be able to connect via Wi-Fi. Other than that, I would likely not use/need any other features.
