🐧 Ventoy Installation for Multi-boot (Windows 11 .iso & Linux Mint Edge .iso)

Hi all, I hope you've all been well; I'd love your support from start to finish with Ventoy installation (version 1.0.99) from within Windows 11 to a USB Flashdrive. Thank you very much.
I have an x64 file system on GPT table currently running Windows 11; I'm looking to set-up a multi-boot USB Flashdrive - under Secure Boot (NO Legacy Boot) - where I can boot both a Windows 11 installer and a Linux Mint Edge version installer (Windows 11 .iso + Linux Mint .iso) from my laptop so that I can install either/and/or Windows 11/Linux Mint.
I've decided upon Ventoy for this - according to recommendations form others - however, I do not know how to do this from step 1 to the last step (as the Ventoy guide is confusing and isn't specifically tailored to an x64 files system running on the GPT file table)?
I do not want to use MBR - as that's legacy and does not apply to my modern laptop (early 2019 and forward).
Can someone please help me with this?
I'd highly-appreciate this; thank you very much.
