CVE-2024-7832 | D-Link DNS-1550-04 up to 20240814 photocenter_mgr.cgi cgi_get_fullscreen_photos user buffer overflow (SAP10383)

Affected by this issue is the function cgi_get_fullscreen_photos of the file /cgi-bin/photocenter_mgr.cgi. The manipulation of the argument user leads to buffer overflow. NOTE: This vulnerability only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2024-7832. The attack may be launched remotely. Furthermore, there is an exploit available. Vendor was contacted early and confirmed that the product is end-of-life. It should be retired and replaced.
