Probably because Tuxedo doesn't advertise it as a seperate distro but i haven't seen a better balance in any other distro. Also no one really talks about it anywhere.
The best thing about it is Hybrid release model. You get the latest kernel and kde but base remains LTS stable so the best of both worlds. It was one of the earliest kde 6 adopter and latest kernel is great for how rapidly gaming is growing on Linux. They also do some testing before shipping the updates and it's the default os that ships with their hardware so you can be sure it'll work. Wayland by default. Flatpak and nvidia drivers are pre-installed. Snaps are removed (I know they're preferred for servers but majority don't like them).
