📰 Was I hacked?

Yesterday and this morning I received emails from prn sites telling me to confirm my email, subscriptions, user name, etc. The name in accounts is my ex’s name. I went to one of the sites to see if there was watch history and there was indeed a video watched. So whoever made it definitely watched something. I really don’t think my ex would do something like signing up for a prn site with my email. It just seems like to fucked up of a thing to do. Either way, I’m wondering if there’s any way someone could possibly hack some sort of my personal information to find my email and try to spam me? A month or so ago someone for sure hacked my Hulu account. No one else has my account info, but there were a few shows in the history that I’ve never watched. I can only assume it was hacked, I guess.
