AI's impact on penetration testing is being debated, but the reality is a mix of hype, uncertainty, and real change.

Whenever there is a major shift in technology, there is always uncertainty. AI is creating real changes in how assessments are conducted, how vulnerabilities are discovered, and how organizations think about security. Those changes will impact careers, companies, and the services we provide.

But I don’t believe this is the end of penetration testing.
