How do you set global defaults like pinned apps in KDE? (Through files)

I'm developing a fedora bootc based image with kde as a prototype for public library computers and I've spent like a whole day almost just trying to find where the damn favorite apps are set so i can overwrite them.. AI offers solutions that don't work, and old forums just say to just do it in settings, but i need to literally write my own file... Weiterlesen
