Considering moving to Mint from Ubuntu in our team for software development as the upgrade issues with Ubuntu have been a bit of a headache and its just wasting a lot of time but concerned about the security implications of potentially having packages up

Has anyone done the same? I am very familiar with both OS's but don't fully understand the security and update paths of Ubuntu vs Mint and how much expose we would have. In an ideal world I would like the best overall option for security but in terms of resources we are limited so need something that doesn't take up too much time to maintain.... Weiterlesen
