Noob query : why am I seeing this in my dmesg buffer?? Importantly, why it showing, what it is showing????

Context: Newly acquired Dell XPS 13 and running various Linux distributions, i.e., Slackware, Gentoo, and Debian And I don't think I have tweaked anything in the BIOS and UEFI ....wondering....
