๐ Manjaro text-only terminal mode doesn't accept needed special character for my password, leaving me unable to login as needed.

I'm following a guide to fix a problem when booting manjaro. For that, I need to login in text-only mode, but my password has an '@' character in it, and when I try to type it as usual (alt+q), I get a 'q' instead, so it comes as incorrect.
I searched about writing special characters in manjaro's text-only mode, but I can't find anything about that.
Can you tell me if it's possible to write this character and how? Because I can do this in Linux Mint and have no trouble with this.
