Today, FiiO has rolled out a new firmware package developed for its 2nd generation X1 portable player, namely version 1.4.1, which manages to resolve the issue where some tracks wouldn’t play, cause a system crash, or get their bit depth displayed incorrectly. In addition to that, the X1 II unit will be able to play tracks with no headphone output, properly display all file names, albums, and artists, as well as to wake up the screen by holding the OK button (only for Lockscreen 2 and 3).
