Security Question about Android and PC - Targetted Individual Questions - Altered Audio Recordings in real time

(Short Brief than to Questions - serious security help accepted as I have data that can be inspected)

I live in Ontario, Canada and have been a "targeted Individual" since 2016. I grew up in a military intel family and I currently live beside one of the largest military bases in Canada. In summary, this is a Cointel-Pro type of silent gorilla warfare type program that is "street labelled" with the poor terminology "Gang Stalking" these days.

My phone and computer is often sabotaged in odd ways but recently I have had one concern that I was hoping a security expert in the community could give some feedback or offer some advice, in return I could provide files that have been tampered with for inspection and reverse engineering? Not sure the terminology.

Now for the issue: Recently, I have been recording conversation for personal as well as business. It seems that important audio recordings are often edited, in real time, or shortly after the fact. For example, the other day I went to speak with a lawyer, the next day I went to review the conversation to clarify a note I had made but the recording had been edited so that 80% the conversation had no sound recorded but a few parts that offered ONLY conflicting information. This was no error on my end.

Could this be done without an agent listening to the entire conversation and selecting, editing, and cutting out the valuable portions of the recording?

What type of protection options do I have? I use a firewall but they seem to still get in. I need to likely completely re-vamp my phone for security (I realize at this point, with who I am being Targetted by, there is likely little that can be done).

This has happened to me NUMEROUS TIMES. It has occurred with audio recordings on a Galaxy 8 phone, using the stock audio recording app. It has occurred with video recordings, the video would show as have 0kb of data but the rest of the data, like time length etc would be accurate.

This only happens to recordings of value that would expose the program and people who participate. There is also other things I can provide, such as people speaking in ways, blind spotting your consciousness, that cannot be heard at the time but can be heard by reviewing the recording. (Note: its often with demonic like voices etc. I beleive its high level Neurolink technology and a Hive Mind. Twilight zone? Skynet? Yes, the technology or to some degree, or perhaps just high level psychology, is at play).

To anyone interested, I am a high level Targeted individual. I know many claim this and that but I am a legit T.I. and have experienced all psy-op weapons, technology (v2k) etc, mind reading, street theatre, etc...

This post is for high level security experts who would like to analyze data in this area. And I can't say you won't be watched; however, my targeting has died down since I started to understand the psychology of the program and the mind of narcissism etc (Dark Triad).

Are there any security experts who would be interested in inspecting some of these files to see what type of technology and methods the government is using on citizens?

To skeptics and people who do not believe such programs are still in operation since Hitlers Zersetzung or vietnams psychological gorilla warfare campaigns; I understand your mindset and I would appreciate if you avoid posting to heighten the chances of finding a few security data people to analyze the data, but check back for updates and we all may learn something together.
