Opened a suspicious page on my laptop. Anything I should be worried about?

Hey folks,

I came across a repository from a scammer on github who had forged landing pages for a number of domains. Like an absolute idiot, I downloaded the index.html page to my laptop and opened it on my browser from there.

Right after, I realized what an idiot I was and am now worried that I might have exposed myself to some malware/threats. I looked through the html but can't process enough of it to be sure. Can someone help here?

Edit: I don't see anything suspicious directly, but worried about the external links on there and to see if they might be bringing in something horrendous.
