The FB Messenger is Spy App? Then WTF??

Heard Voices While on FB Messenger

Hey guys I was wondering if anybody had had the same experience I had with Facebook messenger app having voices coming from the app even though I’m not even actively interacting with it. It just comes on whenever I open the messenger app and I can hear some people talking in low volume with what sounds like a scanner noise buzzing in the backgrounds. Is there something up with that?
