Windows 10 Cumulative Update KB3206632 Obviously Hit by Installation Issues

Here we go again. The latest cumulative update for Windows 10 Anniversary Update released by Microsoft a few hours ago is experiencing installation issues as well, just like it happened a million times before with other cumulative updates.

KB3206632 is supposed to bring several bug fixes, performance improvements, and security fixes that were prepared by Microsoft for Patch Tuesday.
