As you see in the title, I have an issue with a slow boot time on my PC running Zorin OS 15 Ultimate (Ubuntu 18.04 distro). For some reason, it literally takes 1 whole minute to get to the desktop from starting the PC. Which is very weird, because it shuts down completely in 4 seconds literally. And my Windows 10 that I dual boot on the same hard drive takes about 25 - 30 seconds to boot. Here are my specifications:

CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 265 Processor (64-bit Dual-Core)

Motherboard: FUJITSU D3091-A1

RAM: 8 GB DDR3 1333MHz

Graphics: AMD/ATI RS880 [Radeon HD 4250]

HDD: Toshiba 1TB (300GB ZorinOS, 700GB Windows 10

Is there anything I can do to speed it up? Thanks.
