The Samsung Galaxy Book S is one of the first laptops to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8cx chip (the Surface Pro X uses a variant customized by Microsoft). Like other ARM-based PCs, Samsung claims the Galaxy Book S can achieve extremely long battery life, with estimates coming in at 23 hours.
