Trying to install Windows Sonos Controller on Wine

I had previously had the Sonos Controller installed in Wine 5.0 on Ubuntu 18.04. After reinstalling Ubuntu, I now get the following error when trying to install the Sonos Controller:

"httpapi:HttpInitialize Failed to start HTTP service, error 1055."

Does anybody know why the service would fail to start?
